Like the others mentioned, rename it ....... the x probably means it was created with a newer version of Windows software.

Thanks... I did what that link said and now I have to wait until it emails it to me. It was something from Anne Marie Gardens for our set up for the trick or treating this weekend :)

In the second link, there is a reference to an MS Converter Pac. Download that and install it. Then Office 2003 will be able to read Office 2007 docs.

How can that be incorrect. I have office 2007 (word excell powerpoint) and every time I send someone a document it has the docx at the end. Everyone who has office 2003 can't seem to open the documents I send them. That is what a computer geek told me the problem was.
