He is making it up as he goes along. The good thing is that there really isnt a hell of a lot he can actually change himself even if he goes nuts with Executive orders.

The bad thing is that we have majorities of Democrats in the House and the Senate who have their heads stuck up his butt.

If we are lucky Republicans will grow a set and use what influence they have to stop this runaway train.
