If you have Comcast Digital TV and their phone service have you noticed a new caller ID that pops up on your TV when you receive an incoming call? We just noticed this. Now I never have to get off the couch to see who it is. :yahoo:

Yeah we just switched to directv this year. I think Comcast had a more user friendly guide and their On demand is way better. Directv beats them in cost and HD channels.

What about internet?

I don't know I have Verizon DSL. Comcast has faster internet speed but I kept having problems with my network connection. My Dad doesn't have any problems with his Comcast internet.

A lot of that depends on how your cable is wired within your house. I f the outlet where your cable modem is split and split again between there and where it comes into your house, you are going to have a weak signal. We had this problem and had Comcast come check it out. What they ended up doing was running a line directly from where it came into our house to the den so they knew they had the greatest signal strength possible. We didn't have any problems after that.

Well, you still have to answer the phone; but now you don't have to move if it's someone you don't want to talk to.

:lmao:

p.s. And I think this only works if you have the Comcast digital box and the Comcast phone service.

More times than not, it's someone he doesn't want to talk to. Especially when he's watching TV. :killingme:killingme:killingme:killingme

Do you have to hook a phone line to the cable box?
