I am trying to do a simple database in access. I am compiling survey data. One of the questions allows multiple answers. For example "which sports do you play". How do I set up the entry to allow for multiple answers? Thanks in advance...

If it's a simple database, use the Wizard to step you thru the creation. It should ask all the questions necessary to make a simple database with drop-down menus and alternate input selections. run one wizard for the initial database, and when it's complete, run the Forms wizard to create a GUI input screen.
