I have a mechanically adjustable hospital bed with the arm rails that is in good condition. The mattress needs a new cover or be replaced due to some small tears where it folds.

Anyone have any ideas on where I could donate it to who can use it?

ACTS (http://acts-smc.org/index.htm)

They loan out medical equipment to people who need it. Pretty cool organization.

Hospice please!!

I called them. They only rent the ones they need. No storage room or ways to transport them and if something goes bad with them, the service is no problem since it is a rental.

Try calling A Community That Shares (ACTS) or your local fire department/ Rescue squad might keep some for those in need.

Where did you get one of those? If I had some bizarre room, enough space, and a couple hundred dollars I'd take it off your hands. That's pretty cool.
