PS3.. The Blu_Ray player was the only way I could convince the wife into letting a video game system into the house.

PS3 $399, Blu Ray player $300 - 450.. Two for one!

Me and my son were trying to get together in a private match to play the campaign Cooperatively.. would NEVER let us connect. We tried for HOURS in cooperative play, then we went to Team Death Match and we got to play a few times together in there, after we lucked out and it found us both the same game at the same time.. little SOB killed me once 5 seconds into the round, and a second time off of a water tower after I shot him THREE times.

To say we were under-impressed with the online game play is an understatement.

When we actually got to play it was fun enough, but it shouldn't be such a pain in the butt to play in the first place.
