Hi Socalgirl, I'm just new to this area, so I don't think I could be much of a help. However, just yesterday, I was on here too looking for a seamstress who can do alterations for my sisters wedding gown and for my bridesmaid dress. I found her on here and here is the link:

She specializes on wedding gowns, though. But I'm sure if she can handle wedding gowns and make a wedding gown from scratch, she can handle any pillow and curtain making. We're going to meet her next week for the alterations. You might want to call her and ask. She works from home too. After I saw her website, I was very impressed with her work, that's why I decided to go to her. Her website is exquisitegowns.net.
