Found this website through a friend, it's so much fun. You can design your own T-shirts directly on the site, as well as coffee mugs, postcards, buttons, shoes. Damn near anything you can print on or embroider. You can even make money off your own designs, kind of like CafePress but easier.
They have some pretty funny looking male models for the shirts, too. Here's one that a friend of mine made:
