The only thing that Bacon Explosion is missing is a layer of cheese right in the middle...

:howdy: This is why men are banned from the kitchen, much less the grill. This is what happens when men are left to their own devices - "bacon weave" topped with sausage then topped with cooked bacon, then grilled.
Evidently, since the heart-attack on a plate wasnt enough, clubnbabyseals wants to ADD cheese to this monstrosity. :giggle:
:buttkick: I don't see men lining up to offer up good broccoli recipes.

Because broccoli sucks and is meant for rabbits to consume. I am not a rabbit.
Yay for bacon!

:buttkick: I don't see men lining up to offer up good broccoli recipes. General Tso's Chicken is good broccoli recipe. It has the three basic food groups. Salt, Sugar and Fat. Plus it has broccoli:drool:.

I made two today. Should be done in 1/2 hour. I put an Italian cheese blend on top of the crumbled bacon. and brushed barbecue sauce on the bacon weave instead of dry barbecue. Looks delish!

I've decided this has endless possibilities for change. Don't get me wrong, it's absolutely fabulous but I think for vacation we're going to try it with burger and cheddar cheese (and of course the bacon crumbles inside). Maybe even add mushrooms and/or onions and make is a bacon cheeseburger roll. Then just slice it and put it on a bun.
