I installed a new flat panel tv last night in my basment gym!! Now i am out of exuces to not work out!! DARN IT!!

we are putting a gym in our basement too, soon I will have no excuses either

Add a gas fireplace or add a space heater to use when you are down in the basement. As for the smell, spray some Freebze (sp?)!

yeah that stinks dont it..

we put a universal gym..
tred mill
and some other junk..

and a little tv mounted on the wall with a dvd player... for work out videos..

now all i need is a heater..

and for my dog to stop staring at me.. i think she is laughing at how little weight i can lift..

About the dog, is that the same dog that had puppies last spring or you adopted one that I saw at ours' friend's house last spring?
