:yum:
And low-fat/cal, too!
Wheat noodles
low-fat mushroom soup
1 small can green beans
2 cans water-pack tuna
1 c skim milk
1/2 oz grated Asiago
sprinkle of Key lime seasoning
top with crushed cornbread crackers
Bake at 400 for 40 mins.
Four servings at around 350 calories per. YUM! This was actually better than my regular recipe.

I love tuna casserole. When I was little and my Mom made it, I was always so excited! Comfort food.

Sounds kind of good, especially with the Asiago cheese. What's the carb count on that?

I like tuna casserole. I use cream of mushroom soup and sometimes add peas.

Beats me. Wheat noodles and the crackers on top, definitely not Atkins friendly.
