Okay I am not looking for a nutrionist but looking for a doctor that can help someone truly find out what is wrong with their metabolism when they are eating clean and green and exercising why they are gaining and/or not losing weight? Any suggestions?

No really, look for a diagnostics specialist.

Question: How are you self-diagnosing that it is a metabolism problem?
Are they losing fat, but not losing weight because they're putting on muscle?

Look up an Endocrinologist. You could have a hormonal or glandular issue.
