Saw my first plow just pass the house here on Town Creek Drive.

They been plowing and spreading something here on the island off and on for the past 2 hours. Looks nasty out there. Hubby just went in to work all night, I'm not leaving here.

I heard it before I saw it.

Yep, he went up & down Spruce 4 times. It'll be interesting to see how quickly the road is covered again.

Agreed, however I just looked outside & the road is covered again. I do appreciate them coming down our road though. :flowers:

Just looked at the snow and was amazed at the power lines, they are so low you can almost touch them.

I hate the plows. they will take 4 inches of snow and make a 20 inch pile of ice right at the end of my driveway everytime.

not to mention that 4 inches of snow is better traction than a fresh scraped down to thin ice road any day of the week.
