I keep getting and error on start up for the Nwacejoxodo.dll. I did a google search and it appears to be a trojan of some kind. i can't figure out how to get rid of the error. My pc has also been extremely slow. Could this be the cause?

I have cleaned my disk, run spyware doctor and mcAfee and nothing seems to help.

Try using Malwarebytes. They have a free version that is one of the best malware removal programs out here.
