I'm trying to make a map on Mapquest, and I'm having 2 problems. I'd like the map size to be bigger, because when I zoom out it's too far away, but when I zoom in part of the route gets cut off. Also, I can't figure out how to save the map so I can insert it into a Microsoft Works document. :flowers:

Try yahoo maps. I like them better than mapquest.

I tried Mapquest, Google, and Yahoo. I can't figure out how to save the picture of the map. There's got to be a way. I'll Google it.

I'm a cartographer. You're talkin my language. I do the "screen capture to Paint" all the time.

Some options:
Hit Alt and PrtScn and capture the entire image to your clipboard
Use a snipping tool, there are open source snippers out there that allow you to capture parts of the screen...Vista has one built in.

Most of the map pages have a "printer friendly" link. Either right click save as or go to the link and save?
