cool! thanks! I'll give that one a try maybe over the weekend
any other recommendations maybe closer to lex park like at solomons? i get these sushi-making cravings that sometimes wont last the 40min drive to waldorf.. then 40min back + cooking time!

woodburns has various fish at sushi grade, but i would look it over real well before buying it. I doubt they have a very high turn-over
