Ensure your systems are patched and up to date, especially Window Users - run Windows Update and ensure your virus scanners have current definitions.
Disable Autorun features on USB devices - this is a sure way of transmitting the virus from computer to computer.
This one is an Admin password stealer.
Microsoft patched their O/S's October 28, 2008 in accordance to MS Bulletin MS08-067.
FYI - we had a Macintosh act as a carrier... it infected his own Virtual XP load.
