Go to Sharp.com (or whatever their website is) and look for authorized repair companies. Do not use Mark's Electronics (or whatever his buisness is) next to the bowling alley. He's horrible. Do a search on here and you will see...

Still under warranty? I know Vizio will do an on-site repair for anything over 30" if it's still under warranty.

He will expect you to bow down and thank him for letting you bring in something to be repaired. That seems what customer service is.

I walked into Mark's once a number of years ago to see what he had. It was dark, very dirty, nothing but old crap lined up on shelves, not one person even acknowledged me being there, and the smoke made me choke. I left and never went back, then read here that others had similar issues with his attitude.
