When I got home today, someone else had been using my computer, and I don't know if they accidentally changed something, or what is happening, but I have lost a significant amount of screen space, I have about 2 inches on either side of the screen that is just black, and I can't seem to get it back. I have checked the settings on the monitor, and they are all set right, and I have checked the settings on the system tray, and they are set right, I tried changing them and changing them back, and that did not help, I have checked the system manager, and it is not showing any conflicts or issues, I tried restarting the computer, I ran a virus scan, I am out of ideas, any suggestions? I am pretty good with computers, and any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, it is an older computer and is running Windows 98.
