I really like him. However, he's been disappointing the last 2 years. He usually does well at Bristol (I think), so that's why I included him. I probably should have taken Martin instead.

I haven't been picking with you guys, but what about Kurt Busch? I am surprised that no one picked him for at least a top five. He has had a fairly good year compared to the last few years and he used to always do well at Bristol. Okay, I know most of you probably just don't like him.

Kurt Busch I think is a Top 10 driver (6,7,8) and I find it hard not to pick him for the Top 5 . He is running a lot better and does run well at Bristol!
But then , What do I know? I think Short Tracks are as Boring as watching paint dry or grass grow . :killingme: Right DipStick !!!!!

All Right !:yahoo: Your 1ST Changes Should be limited Boring A## Short Track Racing to 1 a Year , Saturday Night Bristol . Ban ALL Road Course Racing . Elimante Use of Restrictor Plates . And lastly Fine Jimmie Johnson & Chad Knaus for any small infraction on a weekly basis !:killingme:

My agenda looks like this:

Get NASCAR off ESPN... but Mr. Obama likes his ESPN :bawl:
Cancel racing at California, Michigan, Texas and Atlanta.
Reopen North Wilkesboro, Southampton, DC RFK, St. Augustine and Meadowdale (but Mr. Obama says that will add to the federal deficit :ohwell:)
Move races to: Rockingham, North Wilkesboro, Langley, Irwindale, Mansfield, Nashville Fairgounds, Iowa, Kentucky, Portland and New Jersey
Get Potomac two nationally televised World of Outlaws Late Model Series races
Increase the driving age in NASCAR to 21 (that ought to keep Logano out )
Get Mark Martin the championship he deserves :yahoo:

I like it better now. Not as much wrecks and it drives a lot like Indianapolis Raceway Park. And it still has a lot of old Bristol in it (the bump and run).

The race last night would've been more interesting if ESPN showed us more than one car at a time.

We now have a new leader, homedepot has taken over 1st place he and clevalley kicked a$$ this week. The top 4 positions all changed around this week.

New unofficial standings.

homedepot 480 + 55 = 535
huntr1 495 + 10 = 505
clevalley 440 + 55 = 495
OldHillcrest 465 + 10 = 475

It's the Sharpie 500, not the Sharpie 501. Mark was gonna have to use some chrome and trade some paint to beat him, and Mark doesn't race like that.

If he had peddled faster I would have been shutout, that would have put my only pick I got right (Hamlin) in 6th.:bawl:
When I switched from the Redskins to the race and saw that 3 of my picks were at that time like 35th place and back I knew it was going to be a bad day. Was looking good for a good while, when Johnson was leading the race, but a bad pit stop and other problems and he faded fast toward the end.
Kyle winning the race killed me with you and Homedepot getting those 35 points any other driver and it would not have hurt me in the standings.:starcat:
