Any helpful tips on how I can keep stray kitties from using my flowerbed like it's their litterbox? But at the same time, I don't want to harm the cats.

I'd try a citrus repellent.

I've seen these water-shooter things that you can put in the bed, and when it detects them, it sends off a stream of water at them.
I keep a squirt bottle on my deck table for just that purpose -- one of our cats likes to tap the water in the koi pond like he's trying to get one of them for a snack, so I shoot his ass with that and he's stayed out of it for the most part since. He really hated it when I shot him with the hose (on jet) one day in the midst of his "pond gazing". :lol:
