my pomeranian has kidney disease, and the vet put her on Hills k/d can food. Does anyone have a home made recipe for this?

I don't have a recipe. I recently lost one of my foster dogs to this, but the vet gave her a month (due to the type) and I had her for about 6. I had her on natural supplements and I do think those are what did it. You might check into those. Good luck with your dog.
