I have a major problem with a 2-year old Chevy that's not under the original warranty. Which Southern Maryland Chevy dealership has the best service department?

Weingartner in Ft. Washington is great! When we had our Venture in the shop, they called us to keep us updated and in my opinion went above and beyond. Too bad I don't own a Chevy anymore.

Yes and no. There is now a branch of Weingardner in L'town. Just as there is a branch in Brandywine and Prince Frederick. The fact that they have multiple dealerships does not change that I was referring to the dealership in Ft. Washington.

Im sorry, but stay away from Ken Dixon, had very bad experince there with one of my cars a few years back complained to GM about what had happened and they stepped in and told KD to fix it. Was a timing belt problem.

I tell ya' can't win with any dealership around here for service....it sucks when your bound to them by Warentee.

Yep....had good and bad with Ken Dixon and good and bad with Leonardtown Ford. I think think they are all getting worse.

Does anyone have any insight to why that is?

Just curious. How do you have a 2-year old Chevy that is not under the original warranty? Did you rack up some major driving milage on it?

Bought it used (from a fleet), and drive to Baltimore a lot. 60,000 miles now. Engine still under powertrain though.
