Just heard about it this week, the third link shows a case in Va. This is some scary stuff. From what i have read is a bastardized version of the equine flu originally spread by feeding racing dogs with raw horse meat where some of the horses used for meat was infected with equine flu. I also read currently it is not spreadable to humans but humans can spread it canine to canine. ie working with and infected dog and then touching or working with a non infected dog.
