I have a website that I used Broderbund software to build, it's already on the Internet. I am trying to update it and I have it done but it won't publish it, it says it won't connect. I called the host people and they said everything is working on their end, I have to get support from the software people. The host people sent me a bunch of info and I checked to make sure it was all correctly entered and it is. I sent Broderbund an email for support but I'm not expecting much from them. The blog on my website is working just fine.
So my question is if I have to use another software I need something REALLY easy to use, do you have any suggestions? And do I have to change the hosting people too? I can groom a dog and sew a quilt but I don't know much about computers.

FTP Problem??

Apparently the hosting site upgraded a couple of months ago and sent out a mass email which I either didn't get or didn't understand [probably the latter] so once I got somebody to check the numbers which were wrong it was fixed. So yes it was a FTP problem. Whatever FTP is.
