Hey Robin, just responding to you from the Jumper Show thread. We are heading down the home stretch right now with the planning for the Country Haven Show Series. Now we just need mother nature to be on our side. The ring is being dragged regularly so the footing should be great!! There will be plenty of parking to accommodate larger trailer rigs. We are going to have Lynn Catering doing the food booth and her menu for Breakfast & Lunch really look good. I've been getting many e-mails for prize lists. Trying to get a mock up of the Stable sheet and Saddle pad with the Country Haven Logo on it done for the first show. If it can't be done before the first show for everyone to see what nice award we will for Series End Champion and Reserve Champion we will be put a picture on the website that is being up dated.
I'll just use this weekend to tie up some loose ends so everyone that comes to the show will have a great experience. :yahoo:

Good luck with the first show!! The problem with the first show is you have the “looky lues” that want to come SEE the show but don’t want to come ride in it. Local shows need your support to be successful. If the first show is well participated then the decent photographers and venders want to come back and even more people will come to the following shows. I hope you have good attendance. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SHOWS!! It is a lot of work to put these shows on.

Aww thanks Sadie. We really have put so much work into getting this series off the ground. The courses have been set, warm up jumps up, parking area mowed, road dragged, we are picking up the landscape greenery tomorrow, the list goes on. The ring is dragged and really looks great.
I'd also like to say a big thanks to HeavyChevy for her help changing files to Word and other documents so the prize list and entry forms can be sent out via e-mail. For helping get the entry booth computerized. Your the bestest. :yahoo:

With all the rain we had the ring drained so well it really does need some of the wet stuff.
