Dr. Yasuda (sp) just called to check on Domino ( my Guinea pig who died) and I thought that was so nice. She didn't have to do that and it makes me feel good that I am taking my animals to a place that cares..I think that will be my vet from now on!

Plus the place was very clean and everyone treated me and my piggie very well..a lil pricey..but for good service for my animals..I will pay.

Maybe I am missing something but why would they call to check on your pet that died?
Sorry for you loss. It hurts to lose them.

i take my animals to all kinds vet in calaway and they are teh same way...they call and check up on the animals a few days after they see them to see how things are going and that is one thing I like about going there.

ff they didn't know the piggie died. They call a few days after the animal was seen to check on it. They found out when they talked to liberty that her baby had died then.

Three Notch IS Top Notch! I take my K-9's there. Great staff!

I used to use dr.feldhaus for my cats she is a wonderful vet. if I didn't live to far from there I would go back to using her again in a heartbeat.

you are lucky they didn't charge you a dime. My vet sent me a 95.00 bill in the mail for the cat I had to put to sleep which I thought that was high. I bet they some how included in the charge for me to get a plaster pawprint in a heart of picasso my cat. I know when i went to solomons vet they charged me 30.00 which isn't as bad as 95.00 now that I think about it they probably charged me an office visit too which is almost 50 in itself. I might switch back to using three notch animal hospital as I really liked dr.feldhaus shes my favorite vet out of all I have seen.
