Hey, thanks for almost broadsiding me in the middle of the CRE Post office entrance. Glad to know that in your old age, your eyesight is so bad that I can be preparing to make my turn when you decide to head out and almost hit me. Seriously, did you not see my car moving from the right stop sign and getting ready to turn or do you just not care about following the proper rules of the road?
People like you are the reason why others get into accidents!

It's hard to overstate the seriousness of these situations. People have near misses and almost die every single day! Why just yesterday someone was almost killed in the Wildewood parking lot! We should form a committee of concerned citizens to address the dangers of sharing the roads with stupid, impaired, tired or inexperienced drivers, along with those drivers engaged in some form of pre-coital activity.
I, for one, share your outrage and anger.

:lmao: at the committee idea.
I'm not saying that I almost died. I am just annoyed that when I clearly had the right of way and was using it, I almost got hit. No damage was done but it was annoying that for some reason, I wasn't seen by the elderly driver.

With elderly driver, it could be several factors for unsafe driving.
1) It could be their eyesight. The eyes are the first thing to go.... or is it memory? I forget.
2) It could be they don't care. They could be pushing up daisies any freakin' day now. Why bother to be careful, when it's the odds that you'll make it to Christmas are slim anyway.
3) Tied in with #2: Being that they have one foot in the grave, they're trying to pack as much living into what little time they have left. Getting from one place to another is not packing in the living, so they rush through it.
4) They just don't like you.
I bet one of the above holds true for the geezer that almost hit you.

Given the fact that I am pregnant I feel entitled to be annoyed when someone almost hits me on my driver's side while I am driving.

How dare someone make a mistake. I simply do not tolerate less than perfection.
I don't know how some people live without being omniscient with perfect perception.

Hey, I'm 80 years old and I can do whatever I want.
Cool your jets.
You were driving too fast.
I've been using the same route every weekday for the past 20+ years so don't start in with the "I'm a victim" routine.
Life is tough. That's the way it is.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Where do you come off saying that I was going to fast if when it was my turn to go, I started and then I was almost hit by someone else? And I'm not saying that I was a victim. Where did I say that contact was made? Oh, that right-I didn't! I was just annoyed that because someone else wasn't paying attention to either me or driving rules, it was on me to avoid a potential accident even though I wouldn't have been the one at fault.

I find that quite a lot of drivers cruise thru that area without care or concern for the other drivers that might have the right of way.
The light/intersection beside the post office & the intersection there going up into that part of CRE is notorious for goofballs that aren't watching what they do while they are driving thru there.
Glad you were'nt hurt.
