I really liked it when i had my child support through Pennsylvania. They really had their act together. MD is disappointing.

Proposed changes include updating the child support rates to reflect the current cost of raising a child and increasing the dollar amount a low-income noncustodial parent minimally needs for shelter, food and clothing.
What would the low-income noncustodial parent do for shelter, food and clothing if they didn't have a child and the corresponding child support? Shouldn't they already have that covered under the heading of personal expenses?

:howdy: Hi Rose, that is an interesting thing, but I have already got a scheduled meeting of a different kind this evening and I am not going to cancel.
It does seem rather odd that this request for comments comes out in today's paper for a meeting this evening like they do not really want anyone to make arraignments or make any preparations before attending.
IMO, they are cowards and I say let them cower as they will.
And they can raise the thievery all they want - but when it falls it will fall harder.
I say all of them along with all their advisors can go to hell on earth.

DHR announced this meeting on October 20. Don't you pay attention to this issue?

I think the key term there is NONCUSTODIAL.

 It is okay, as they know about me anyway.
So conspiracy or not - there is no hidden conspiracy coming from me.

Did you ever think they would do things just to mess with you?
if it were me, I would make some law that would increase the payment, increase the jail time for non payment,.....
Then I would name it the Cusick Child Support Inforcement Law.
Pretty nice of me to put your name to a law so everyone would remember you in a good way... well,, almost everyone.

Hey Jimmy! Will you be attending this function?
:howdy: That is not really a meeting for me as the only suggestion I could give them would be that they repent and shut down the entire thieving system.
There really is side benefits for me, as if they raise the Child Support to steal more then I will get more citizens to turn my way.
And there are many forms of ironic justices of letting the thieves to dig their own hole.

DHR announced this meeting on October 20.:lmao: I like how he conveniently sidestepped that, like he does all things he can not accept.
Don't you pay attention to this issue? One would think he would stay abreast of all CS developments, given that it is his top - and only - campaign issue. I wonder what else could have been so important to keep him away from another opportunity to make a fool of himself.

:nomoney: There is nothing else to do but "sidestep" there because the "Dad" gave no link or verification of his claim, and I surely do not monitor the thieves of Child Support (DHR), and the fact that some how that "Dad" was informed about THE MEETING is the kind of "public" those kind of people want to attend such meetings.
Informing the public is done in the Public Newspapers, and the "Dad" says it was told 2 weeks earlier on Oct 20, then NOT the Enterprise nor the County Times nor the SM Today reported the meeting until the Enterprise announced it on Nov 4th which happened to be the exact same day of that meeting.
So now I am trying to "sidestep" both of you as what else can I do around 2 puddles of poop.

There is nothing else to do but "sidestep" there because the "Dad" gave no link or verification of his claimSo? You say stuff all the time without backing it up with any sort of evidence... no links, no articles, just your words and beliefs, which are worthless and drug-induced.
I surely do not monitor the thieves of Child Support (DHR)CS is your ONE campaign issue! You have no job and you rarely go anywhere. How freaking lazy can you be?!
Since you admit you don't stay up to date on CS developments, it's easy to see why your perception is not applicable to the system as it works today.
some how that "Dad" was informed about THE MEETING is the kind of "public" those kind of people want to attend such meetings.Yeah, probably people who take responsibility for their children instead of deserting them, partly by keeping a job and maintaining a stable household. Those kinds of "dads".
2 puddles of poop.Oh, slick. :lol: I guess you no longer stand by these words...Well you have done me no harm, and as the childish adage goes;
I am rubber and you are glue, so it bounces off of me and sticks to you. :poke:
I do not see you as a "moron" but I say your posting show that you simply do not know how to articulate your feelings and so all you can express is the childish name calling.

 Oh, well I do apologize if I gave the impression that I was calling "MMDad" dishonest or even inaccurate in his posting because that was not my intention at all.
I surely do believe that the DHR did give out their notice 2 weeks before the meeting and since "MMDad" said it was on Oct 20 then that is fine by me.
I was complaining about no link just because I might not have "sidestepped" his post, but I might have sidestepped it anyway as I do not like the info.
But I do believe it is true and correct as I dislike true stuff more than false stuff since false is not real.
And I apologize to you "MMDad" too if you though I was saying you were anything other than honest and correct in that posting.

Oh, slick. I guess you no longer stand by these words...
:howdy: Me saying the "puddles of poop" was wrong of me and I just went over the edge on that.
The report about the c/s meeting really did irritate me and I do get angry about it and I am still irritated about it.
But it is not only because of them raising the Child Support as that will surely bring the resistance closer to me, but saying things like now maybe they will grudgingly decide if the law will change to let the parents have enough money for rent and food seems like they expect some gratitude for their big concession while I feel nothing but contempt for the bunch of those thieves.
It troubles me very deeply.

It troubles me very deeply. That you are troubled very deeply is something about which I am sure every individual on these here forums will be in agreement with you.
