Think it was a single vehicle, first police on scene said subject was in the roadway. Calvert Medic was on scene and when first ambulance arrived told them to go around the engine and it was going to be load and go. Only good thing to come out of this bad accident was the medic unit was there rather quickly to start patient care before a ambulance got on the road.

It was a one car accident and the driver (only person in car) was ejected.
I don't believe he made it.

I wonder about deer whenever I hear something like this...they're everywhere right now. Just driving Dares Beach Road is a challenge.

I figured something bad was going on when I heard the Benedict siren go off at 3:30 and then twice around 4:15.

This was the father of one of my son's friend's and fellow Boy Scouts. Always willing to help someone out and drove my son to several events/campouts. VERY nice man and had a very close relationship with his son, who is a very quiet and sweet boy. He will be missed. Please pray for his son and family.
