Ok, I'm starting the New Moon thread. So who's going to see it, when and what did you think?

I've done that for one movie and I did it only for the last few minutes. Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. I had to see Vader become Vader on the big screen.

I have not seen New Moon yet but my niece went to see it and said it was "bland and the acting sucked". I am curious to see what others thought of New Moon.

I thought the original was gooberish. Perhaps the book was better.

Just another teeny bopper film.

Hubby and I went to see it last night. I read the book and thought it was pretty good with keeping with the idea of the book. It was definitely much better than the first with that. In short if you liked the book I think you will enjoy the movie.

Hubby has neither read, nor has any desire to read, the books nor had he seen the first movie but he thought it was OK but not really his thing (he believes the only reason to ever go to a theater is to see Star Wars, Batman, huge action blockbuster type movies). He said it was not the worse movie I have ever dragged him to but he was not overly impressed.

I am addicted to Twilight!!!

I saw both the first one and 'New Moon' over the weekend. I LOVE anything to do with vampires, but I've never actually wanted to see these movies. There was nothing else on tv Saturday morning so I tuned into 'Twilight'. It was AWESOME!!! I am totally hooked!!

Got it from Block Buster online.
What a soap opera :drama: Thought a movie with vampires fighting werewolves might be cool but Nooooo, it's a TOTAL touchy-feely chick flick.
Ohhhh my boyfriend dumped me because his family might eat me :drama: now I'll be a manic depressive until I'm so pathetic he has to love me.

:cds: waste of plastic to make the DVDs

Apparently you've never been a teenaged girl. :lmao: I haven't seen the movie, but that particular book in the series was my least favorite because of how pathetic Bella acted.

Yes, well you are not a TRUE Twilight fan until you've made the pilgrimage to Forks and La Push Washington. :drama:

Actually, we were just in the area and decided to check out what is Mecca to all tween girls. :lmao: Forks is just a dumpy little town, but La Push is simply beautiful. :yay:

Having been a teenaged boy, I can't understand why there's no biting or banging going on.
The vampire guy is just as pathetic. He kisses this chick a few times and all of a sudden he decides marrying this junkie looking babe is a better idea than commiting sucuide. This guy is supposedly 100+ years old. You'd think he would have gotten laid a few times and not be such a loser
