I like to walk after I dinner but now with the time change, it is too dark to do this. I am not one to get up before dawn to exercise either. Any ideas how to get some exercise?

Get a step box and some videos. Lots of fun and challanging.

Carry a light if you're afraid of the dark

I love to walk outside but when the time changed I had to join a gym. I go and walk on the treadmill and then come home and do crunches and hand weights.

That's what I did.
