I felt like I wanted to start a thread with pictures of the storm, if anyone has them, share with us. Here's my yard stick on the deck of the garage.

This morning but... it looks exactly the same now except it's flooding over the docks. The snow is no deeper. Ours melted as fast as we got it.

Use windows Paint and resize them to 50% and then save file as. Nothing to it.That's what I do now but 50% does'nt always do it. Then they end up so small you cant see them. And you have to do each one. Takes time. :ohwell:

I'll be back down in January for another load or two...one of my friends found a large pile of aged downed wood of fair-poor quality & I promised to give him a hand removing it.
That oak of yours: splits like a dream!

These were earlier in the day. We had our annual "Toss Kitty in the Smow" event. Sort of like the groundhog every February 2nd. Well, she turned and "plowed" her way back inside, so we have at least 8 (or 10, or 12) more weeks of Winter. :ohwell:

And with 5 cats I would be dead 5 times every year.

Takes time.Another good way to cut size is turning them to black and white; it could take off a good chunk. Besides, snow is already white so it's not like you're missing out on anything by removing the color.
