When we had the snow storm I was pulling into a parking spot and slid on some ice. I ended up sliding 3 parking spots over and hitting the side of a truck.
There wasnt very much damage to my veh (a small -mediumish size dent above the wheel well) I hadnt planned on getting it repaired... However now when I open the driver side door it makes a squeaky-creak kinda grindy noise sound :ohwell:
Does anyone know if it sounds like it would be more than $500 in damages?

I have an appointment w/ a claim rep from SF today but I dont want to waste my time if it is something minor. I have someone on the side that will repair it for me, I am just debating on whether or not I want to go through my insurance or just out of pocket. The door making that noise has me wondering if there is more damage than what it just looks like...but then again I know absolutley nothing about cars

Just how fast were you pulling into a parking spot that you slid three spaces? Save the money on the door and go get some driving lessons sweetie.

I had some dumb a** bit** hit me two weeks ago in a WAWA parking lot in California and that stinkin bit** has not yet filed the claim so I filed an uninsured motorist complaint with the MVA and turned her a** in. Plus I filed with the Maryland Unisured Motorist fund. She is gonna get hers. But in the end my insurance provider will probably have to take care of me.

What a common thing to do. Just drive off. Your probably one of those prescription drug addict/dope heads and the part of your brain that controls accountability has been dissabled.

Look, this is some serious stuff. Skipping out on accountability for any kind of fender bender that causes loss to someone else is wrong. The reality that I reside in would not do such a thing. The good folks in the community who do carry auto insurance and who are responsible participants in life are the ones who carry the dead asses like yourself.
How in this life can you call yourself a good example of social responsibility?
I hope you are not a parent cause if you are your a sorry ass example for your children to mirror.
