So I go in there about 3pm today and sitting at a table are 4 managers in McDonald's uniforms all eatting Wendy's food. I promised my sick son at home a happy meal with the damn Alvin toy . that's the only reason I went in. That's got to be the worse McDonalds I ever been in.

Heard the place is staffed by people that have to work there to support their aid benefits from the gov't. I am all about putting people to work to earn their benefit but it ruins the only McDonalds in that area. Don't know it to be true but its what I have heard. I won't go there either. Its dirty, nasty and the staff sucks.

Why would McDonalds have the need for four managers at one time?

And?

I am assuming you are saying why are they eating another restaurants food inside the McDonald's. When i worked at Arby's when i was 16, i wouldn't eat Arby's food during my lunch break. I would go to one of the other junk food places and bring it back and eat in the restaurant. You really want something different after being around it for long periods of time, and that it is a clean fast food place by comparison to others.

I wouldn't call it a log. It moves. You'll be lucky if you still have a bag left when you get it delivered to you.

The leonardtown mickey d's has the rudest, dirtiest, people working for them.
I know people have to have a job. But really how about a LITTLE pride in yourself and your job. Those "women" that work there in the morning and day shifts.....It makes you wonder about your food your buying from them. I do not go there anymore!

In my years of fast food management, it was forbidden to eat or drink a competitor's product in view of customers. This includes McD's. Reason being that if the public saw you eating someone else's food, there must be something wrong with yours.

I stopped going there a long time ago. Very dirty, more bad employees than good. The gnats around the soda fountains finally did it for me. If there are gnats around the drink machine, chances are there are problems behind the scenes, too.

News report recently showed that there is a very high likelihood of coliform bacteria on or in the drink fountains.

Soda fountains contained fecal bacteria, study found - CNN.com (http://www.cnn.com/2010/HEALTH/01/08/soda.fountain.bacteria/index.html)

Compounded I'm sure with poor maintenance.

My husband and I very rarely go into McD's (all kids are grown..so why bother?). We went in this last Friday (Leonardtown), because we had allot to do and just needed a quick breakfast. As we were sitting there trying to eat, one of the credit card swipers stopped working on the register. For the remainder of the time we were there, the "manager" proceeded to stand on the customer side of the counter and scream to whomever was sitting in the office in the back that the CC swiper was not working...yea it be plugged in!! NAW..don't know what wrong!!!
It's not that I consider them rude, they just don't know any better, and NONE OF THEM should be in any customer service positions!!!

don't care how much/ little someone gets paid, it is not unreasonable to expect cleanliness and courtesy from someone getting paid to work in a restaurant.

If they dont meet your standards why would you support the business by purchasing from it?
