I have a proforma treadmill bout 5-6 years old. A little while back it started just shutting down abot 15 minutes into a run. If I just leave it running with no weight on it, it keeps running forever. So, guessing it’s a belt thing. Any ideas who might be around to fix it or take it?

It may be your technique..

If you drag the belt due to your running technique.. ie running faster or slower than the belt.. you can overheat the motor and it will shut off. You may want to try adjusting the belt speed and see if that makes a difference.
