A rottweiler is on the loose in the old Westbury neighborhood. The section closest to Great Mills. Animal control has been called. This dog doesn't seem that friendly. The dog approach my son and I and growled. This dog also kept standing like it was going to charge at us. I just wanted to warn people who are out in this area. The dog is probably just scared but i am not taking any chances on a dog that i do not know. I really hope the owner reads this and comes gets their dog. The dog does have a collar on it.

The dog approached my son and me. The dog approached my son. The dog approached me.

Doesn't sound right when you break it down that way. The dog approached my son and I. The dog approached my son. The dog approached I.

Here to help.

PS: glad you didn't get bit.

Everybody has their pet peeve. For me, it's smokers who fling their butts everywhere like the whole outdoors was their ashtray, and people who misuse certain aspects of the english language. The correct usage of "me" and "I" was something you got, in what, 2nd grade? Earlier?

And nope, don't know if the dog was caught. Hope so. Rottie is about the only dog that can take on a full-grown pitbull and come out on top. Fortunately, you don't hear about them turning vicious all that often.

I guess she should of said,
"My son and I approached the dog".

Such mastery of the English language.... :lmao:

e.e. cummings was my hero.

Capitalizing words like english is not universal when they're not proper names, places, like that. So, depending upon what you were taught, you might write "The English conquered much of Europe, and implemented english as the standard language of trade; replacing may european languages, such as french. Natuarally, the French didn't like that, but since they had already surrendered to the English, there wasn't much they could do about it."

Besides, if that's the best you can do, you got nothin'!

Sorry my english was so bad. I was in a rush. I was more worried about a child or someone else getting hurt by this dog.
