Oh Yes... Scruggs Underground/Construction are very reliable ... They live right down the street from me & his personal house its to die for.... Go check it out Sollers Wharf Rd. BIG Stone House you can't miss it... Also James the owner has children that go to school with my kids & I chat with him often. He has done work @ Prince Frederick Ford and built the co-owners personal house & tons of custom homes... He has tons of references and is licensed & insured. Call him he will do well by you... 301-672-4595..... He lives in Calvert; But he does work in St.Marys, Charles & other areas..... So YES I agree call Scruggs soon :)
