Well I tried to sell the entire lot of picture framing supplies that I have (hoped to use and didn't), but no one bought them. So now I've decided maybe that's a sign I should use the supplies to actually create framed prints to sell for the rescue to generate money for the spay/neuter project.
Anyway, that said ..... is there a good website that gives instructions on Framing 101 or similar framing instructions? I have no clue how to even use the mat cutter (hope the manual is in the box).
