So will good old Stanley Martin be jamming some more military housing in there as well. Can't fault them, but they will take full advantage of the law and any oversights in those laws, to build the highest possible density housing.
Take a ride through Wildewood and look at what they've built (more how) and compare it to the previous builder. Then they have the nerve to advertise the wonderful community assets - like the pool. The previous developer built to a lower density then was allowed by law. This is now going to haunt the residents as SM is using that extra capcity on the remaining acreage.

Actually, Curtis Homes is taking over the existing sales trailer that is there and selling in there too. Stanley Martin is selling in Myrtle Point out of Wildewood.

That is supposed to read: Stanley Martin's sales office for Myrtle Point is located in the Wildewood Sales center...good, helpful people there.:howdy:
