You can sign up for the pageant when you arrive at the Animal Fair next Saturday. There will be a sign up sheet at the Information Table. I'll be posting a schedule of events later.

We look forward to seeing you at the Animal Fair!

Let's hope for weather like today! :yahoo:

Rain or shine, the show will go on! However, I'm with frequent flier; a repeat of yesterday's weather would be the best! We have almost twice as many vendors as last year, including dog food vendors with free samples. Bring your bank card, there will be an ATM on site. There's an even bigger moon bounce than in year's past, pony rides, facepainting, dog games, St. Mary's County K-9 demo, Calvert Search and Rescue demos and lots more. And don't forget to be there at noon to join us in the parade! The ever popular pet pageant is back again.

The complete schedule of events has been posted on SMAWL's website; SMAWL - St. Mary's Animal Welfare League: Home Page (http://www.smawl.org) .

I hope the Animal Fair was a success! I had a great time, even though
I was in a booth all day :)

I think my Mastiff, Lincoln had a great time also. He put up with 6+
hours of pictures, petting, hugging, etc and loved every minute of it :)

We had a blast. My puppy had lots of fun. She slept all day Sunday. LOL There was a woman selling hand made glass jewelry. Anyone know how to get in touch with her?

Yes, that was him! But he is closer to 240#

Attached is a picture of Lincoln, not from the SMAWL fair,
I didn't take pics there. Hopefully the guy from the newspaper
will put some in the Enterprise this week.

Lincoln looks like a very good boy. Probably loved all the attention the kids gave him!

We were there. That is the biggest dog I have ever seen in my life. He's HUGE! Intruders would probably get one look at him and run the other way. Kind of makes me want to get one. I hear there lovable family pets.

A guy came up to us and said..."man! that dogs balls are bigger than your dog!!" It was true. LOL!!:killingme
