Where is that stairway and floating dock type deal located? Is that permanent?!

The floating docks and gangways (not stairs) are located all over coastal Maine (at least where we were). They have extreme tides... More than 20 feet in some places!!!!! The marinas/harbors have either really tall piers with floating docks and gangways, or the boats just tie up to floating docks in the middle of the harbor and use dinghys to go back and forth to the shore. Way different than SOMD!!!
