Afternoon folks sorry for the delay my surgery went well. I'm down 78 pounds in less then 3 months. No typo that's 78 pounds. Things are going well no complications as of yet. Don't believe what you hear. As long as you exercise and do the right thing. You'll be fine to anyone that's thinking of getting the surgery. Catch me walking my 4miles around Chancellors Run Park if you want to shed some pounds also. Good Day Southern Marylanders.

Thanks I haven't bought any new ones yet. I'm pulling and tugging my elastic belt as far as it'll go. It's on the last loop. I may need to buy some new ones next month. Without the belt I'm losing myself in my pants though.
