Ugh.
What is a cager, and how did he pull in front of the biker? Was he also on Alt 40, going west?

Cager: the driver of a steel enclosed box on 4 wheels. ie, a car or truck.

Bike coming into M'town from Boonsboro, truck, not car, coming from M'town, pulling into Rudy's.
Jason was standing there, said bike wasn't speeding, saw the whole thing, guys left leg got pinched between bike and truck bumper, meat and blood flew all over the place, leg left hanging on by skin.

That's what I pictured. That's a rough hill - you have to look, then make your move snappy because you can't really see what's coming until it's right there. Like pulling out of the greenhouse, that's a treacherous one, too, but there's hardly ever any traffic.

Jason said the guy in the truck just kept coming, didn't slam on his breaks, musta just not seen him and there was a van parked right by the shop where the ice thingy is, so, there was little to no escape room there. The impact launched the guy into the van.
Cotton talked to the guy and tried to comfort him until the EMT's arrived.

Nearly the same thing happened in Emmitsburgh within the last month or so. The fellow there ended up not making it though.
