Are these cases where the person knows they are going to die for sure even with the drug.

I was the person dying my reaction would depend on the context. Am I am wealthy enough to pay for this myself. Do I have a family and using that money would leave them tight after my death or alternatively do I not have a family or I am sure they are fine financially after I die anyways. Am I paying this or is insurance paying for this. What is the quality of life during those four months. Probably based on that criteria I would ultimately make my decision.

This crap drives me to distraction.

The only reason this pill 'costs' $90k is because it was created and is being sold in a controlled, ie, NOT free market. Not remotely.

My gerber daisies would 'cost' $90,000 if I had state and federal protection of my market.
