I can tell you that it is going to get you about as far as it did Richard Fritz, Danny White, and the others like you who perjured themselves before the Grand Jury because they thought they could ruin a political opponent, or make a fast buck.
I have been pondering since yesterday on how to respond to someone who would give a dead persons name. Say they were a convicted rapist. Print the case, and conviction record. Say they weren't going to print the persons name on the conviction, and then tell them to rest in peace.

I knew Mike for a short time before he died of an overdose. I knew that he was a heroin addict who was on a methadone treatment program. Mike seemed to be a nice person with a good heart to me.
Mike had apparently been a drug addict for many years, and he led a very troubled life. Daniel Brown has hired many people over the years who were ex cons, or on work release. Does that make him a bad person? I think it says he is someone who believes in overlooking someone's past mistakes by giving them a second chance?
Why don't you explain how someone who is on work release can live at somones home. I always thought that work release inmates had to sleep at the correctin center.
Tell us where Mike was, and who he was with the night he overdosed.
Mike had been arrested in PG County on theft charges in April 2008.
The charges were later nolle prosequi.
Brown used a piece of property owned by him, and Mattingly(hopefully yours) as a property bond to get Mike released. It was Bowns decision to do this.
Mike was indicted for of a number of sex crimes on 02/25/2002. He was arrested 03/07/ 2002. The crime was committed on 12/062001.
Mike was convicted on 08/31/2002 of a second degree sex offense, and sentenced to 15 yrs, with 10 years suspended, and 5 years active.
The case search number is 18K02000090.
Mike had a very troubled life because of his drug addiction and shows 28 crimminal case files on his record for a variety of crimes. Daniel Brown was doing nothing but trying to help him get over his addiction so that Mike could have a better life. Brown regrets to this day that he failed in his attempt to help Mike.
I think Mike may have wanted everyone to know how much he appreciated you bringing his name into this. When I went to the case serch to look up what you posted I found case number 18K00000172 which says that he was arrested 11/19/1999 for a variety of drug offenses for which he was sentenced to 3yrs wiht 2 yrs suspended. He was given work release for one year that was to be served while he was in a drug rehab ctr. The sentencing date was 01/31/2001. This was 10 month's before he commited his sex crime. You'll never guess who the prosecutor was. i would suggest that in the future that before you a post a story about someone, you have the whole story.

How pathetic and low will you stoop to slander John Mattingly?
I can tell you that it is going to get you about as far as it did Richard Fritz, Danny White, and the others like you who perjured themselves before the Grand Jury because they thought they could ruin a political opponent, or make a fast buck.
I have been pondering since yesterday on how to respond to someone who would give a dead persons name. Say they were a convicted rapist. Print the case, and conviction record. Say they weren't going to print the persons name on the conviction, and then tell them to rest in peace.
Without responding in a way thay would get me banned from the forum for life.
I knew Mike for a short time before he died of an overdose. I knew that he was a heroin addict who was on a methadone treatment program. Mike seemed to be a nice person with a good heart to me.
Mike had apparently been a drug addict for many years, and he led a very troubled life. Daniel Brown has hired many people over the years who were ex cons, or on work release. Does that make him a bad person? I think it says he is someone who believes in overlooking someone's past mistakes by giving them a second chance?
Why don't you explain how someone who is on work release can live at somones home. I always thought that work release inmates had to sleep at the correctin center.
Tell us where Mike was, and who he was with the night he overdosed.
Mike had been arrested in PG County on theft charges in April 2008.
The charges were later nolle prosequi.
Brown used a piece of property owned by him, and Mattingly(hopefully yours) as a property bond to get Mike released. It was Bowns decision to do this.
Mike was indicted for of a number of sex crimes on 02/25/2002. He was arrested 03/07/ 2002. The crime was committed on 12/062001.
Mike was convicted on 08/31/2002 of a second degree sex offense, and sentenced to 15 yrs, with 10 years suspended, and 5 years active.
The case search number is 18K02000090.
Mike had a very troubled life because of his drug addiction and shows 28 crimminal case files on his record for a variety of crimes. Daniel Brown was doing nothing but trying to help him get over his addiction so that Mike could have a better life. Brown regrets to this day that he failed in his attempt to help Mike.
I think Mike may have wanted everyone to know how much he appreciated you bringing his name into this. When I went to the case serch to look up what you posted I found case number 18K00000172 which says that he was arrested 11/19/1999 for a variety of drug offenses for which he was sentenced to 3yrs wiht 2 yrs suspended. He was given work release for one year that was to be served while he was in a drug rehab ctr. The sentencing date was 01/31/2001. This was 10 month's before he commited his sex crime. You'll never guess who the prosecutor was. i would suggest that in the future that before you a post a story about someone, you have the whole story.

He told me, they paid for an INSERT into an existing local fishing newspaper.

Its good to know that prosecutors in the CURRENT states attorney's office have NO PROBLEM WITH LYING, MISREPRESENTATION and FABRICATION. I guess we knew this already.

We are still waiting answers from the candidate John Mattingly, but yet nothing. Have you visited Daniel Brown in prison yet? After all, he is still your business partner. What I can't understand is why you didn't go to his sentencing. I know you consulted him that morning and you both came up with the idea it would be best for you to campaign. I feel sorry for Clark, after what Judge Wallace did to Brown, he is gonna go at least twice as hard on Clark.
