i agree its not that big of a deal. I don't even get the whole "Where's the loot thing".

Dan Slade was the last person seen with the loot. Wiskof and Slade's cousin testified to this. That's all that matters. The loot is not even an issue.

i don't know what you're talking about. i have asked John Mattingly this question about the loot. He said Slade was the last person to have the loot and this is what the testimony stated. It doesn't even matter considering the SA dropped all of the charges because of what she called 'manufactured evidence'.

This issue has deteorated into nothing. We can 'where's the loot' the fritz people all day long.

Are you talking about the same Asst County Atty who recently came off of being disbarred. The same Asst County Atty who's grand Jury staement said that he thought a certain sec took the money. The same Asst County Atty who was suspended for weeks until he changed his story enough for Fritz, and White to agree not to charge him with conspiracy.
Whatever happened to that sec who testified she saw the money in her boss's office?
