here's my understanding of what really happened. But because this is St. Mary's county we will NEVER know what really happened.

APPARENTLY..... word on the street is.


1) Dan Slade is known in the CRIMINAL community as the guy you go to if you need to 'PAYOFF' the States Attorney's Office. Allegedly, in St. Mary's county, if you are connected and have enough money, YOU CAN PAY FOR JUSTICE. At least under fritz.

2) Terry Clark went to Mattingly and said, I need help, I'm screwed, I messed up bigtime.

3) Mattingly said you are f--ck-d. I can't help you this time. The only person who can help you now is Dan Slade. (because dan slade is know as the lawyer you go to when you need to 'make a deal' with fritz's office.

4) So the 20k was intended to be PAYOFF money for fritz's office and NOT PAYOFF Money for witnesses.

5) Slade was the last person seen with the $$$ and this is court testimony.

6) Dan White got a new car soon after the money disappeared.

7) Wiskof was disbarred and now works for terry clark.

8) Terry Clark will be sentenced to 30 days instead of the 75 years he was going to get. (if fritz keeps up his end of the DEAL)

9) Terry Clark has NOT reported the money lost or stolen.

If the money was inside Mattingly's safe, then why didn't the police find it when they raided his house?

Why hasn't Clark reported it stolen?

Why was Wiskof disbarred and not John?

Terry Clark's Testimony (as well as other GJ witnesses) was coached (4 times) by Dan White. Hence the FBI corruption investigation into Dan White & Fritz's corruption. Needless to say Terry Clark's testimony is not credible. Especially since his 75 year sentence just got FRITZ'D INTO 30 days.

You think FRITZ will still keep his deal with CLARK, even though Mattingly GOT OFF? I guess CLARK just isn't as good a liar as you guys.
