"Attached is the letter of dismissal from the Attorney Grievance Commission regarding the alleged charges imposed on me by Fritz. We all know these were trumped up and untrue, and it seems the Attorney Grievance Commission agrees. The AGC fully investigating Fritz's allegations found no unethical conduct on my behalf. "

It looks like the Attorney Grievance Commission has dismissed the case against John.

I'm a moron, but I think this means the AGC dismissed the charges without prejudice for any UNETHICAL behavior.

Dan WHITE can you please explain to me what this means because I am too stupid to understand what this means myself.

Does it mean the AGC 'took a dive' just like the special prosecutor?

I'm really confused. Does this mean the AGC thinks that there was nothing unethical about Mr. Mattingly's conduct?

I guess the charges against mattingly have been false all along, otherwise the AGC would have certainly had him dis-barred as all FRITZ supporters have told on this board for weeks?

You do understand that they have reserved the

It sucks you have to be the fall guy for FRITZ and I know you are really angry about it.

Try to get past your loss against mattingly and focus on the future. Maybe the feds will cut you a deal if you turn on FRITZ (that's what i'd try to do).
