Who should the poor Sheriff endorse?

Decisions. Decisions.

You would think the answer would be nobody, but you'd be wrong.

What a dilemma!

It must be tough making decisions with some of the Newspaper Caper, civil rights violator cops now holding key positions in the Sheriff's Department:

http://forums.somd.com/elections/214389-newspaper-capers-where-they-now.html

Does the poor Sheriff endorse the candidate that his goons locked up on a Friday night that later had all 140 charges dismissed?

"Mattingly was arrested on Friday and sent to jail along with Brown, who was rearrested on new indictments."

"There was no bail available for either Mattingly or Brown on Friday or over the weekend as the arrest warrants were signed by Circuit Court Judge C. Clarke Raley and only a Circuit Court Judge can set bail for the pair."

"Their first opportunity for a bond hearing will be on Monday."

Mattingly and Brown get to sit in jail for the weekend. (http://www.stmarystoday.com/News/LandScamArrests.html)

That arrest timing had to be purely coincidental, don't you think?

Does the poor Sheriff endorse the incumbent State's Attorney that was convicted of gang raping a 15 year old, that didn't pay his child support, and operated a payola justice system?

Fritz Was Forced Into Court To Pay Child Support While In Charge of Locking Up Dead (http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:VDyNCloFa54J:www.stmarystoday.com/fritz_was_forced_into_court_to_p.htm+site:stmarystoday.com+fritz+child+support&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us)

Drug Dealer Payola (http://www.stmarystoday.com/News/DrugDealerPayola.html)

Or does he say he doesn't endorse candidates to an Enterprise Reporter, throw Cindy Jones under the bus, and then endorse Fritz?

"Cameron took exception to the depiction, he said, as it looked like he was endorsing her as a candidate. "I called her and said I agreed to come to [her] event like any other Republican candidate. I don't plan on endorsing any candidate; that's not my job. I'm not endorsing commissioner candidates. I never have and I will not," he said."

Desparate, uh? Cameron is unopposed. And Fritz will be reelected by a wide margin. You are a significant minority in your thoughts.

Yes he did and he knows he did. You don't have to take my word for it - I don't really care - but I worked on the Fritz campaign when he ran for States Attorney the first time.
